I did plan to ask someone on site/Red Coat but NO staff in site. Spoke to staff on fun fair which she shrugged off. When sitting for the first show on the Friday evening, all tables were separated, kids were not aloud to run around or dance & you had to order food/drink via the Butlins app. The first show: Electric Circus - Really enjoyed, kept myself and son entertained but fairly short. With no later entertainment or restaurants open, we were in bed by 8. 30pm. The only places to eat were Burger King & Café but no where to sit as half the tables were unavailable due to Covid. The Saturday morning, we woke to same issue as dinner. Nothing was open or available. My son has autism so very fussy eater, I asked the Café if they would make some toast which they declined. The Little Mermaid show was cancelled and replaced with an act that wouldn't keep my sons attention. We ended up playing in the arcades which were PACKED. No social distancing was followed, I cant say I'm surprised as there was nothing else to do.
