I said that's alright. Within 5 minutes, she came out in a red colour nightgown. While waiting for coffee, she tried to probe into my love life, bedroom life, etc. After coffee, when I was about to leave, she held my hand and said she was scared of sleeping alone and if I could share the room with her. I declined but she advanced on me and started kissing saying no one would ever come to know. I was terrified. I prised myself away and ran towards the door. She yelled at me that no one ever refused her, not even CEO. Then she threatened me of dire consequences if I didn't submit myself to her. I pleaded to let go of me. She laughed, looked at me sarcastically while I was leaving. Induction program went very well. After lunch, she requested if she could use my room to change her clothes for her scheduled flight to Bangalore at 6 PM. I agreed. She then asked me to come to the room to finish last night's pending work. I ignored and told her to submit my keys at reception when she is done. She left fuming.

We opted to use a fan in our downstairs living room. We have a Western style kitchen with a dual convection oven/microwave. We also have one induction burner. We pay for government rate electricity (5 baht per unit), and our household water is taken care of by our landlord. We have a reverse osmosis water filtration machine (1 baht per 1. 5 L) and laundry facility (30 baht per load) conveniently located a short walk down our quiet side street. Angela making dinner with fresh local ingredients from our village market. Food Make no mistake, we are big foodies. Sometimes we say our main reason for escaping to Thailand is just because of the food! Angela and I are really into all the different Thai flavors. We go out for dinner pretty much every evening. We typically enjoy one of the several different 30 baht (about $1 USD) food options at Chiang Mai Gate about five days out of the week. Chiang Mai Gate is home to some delicious beef and chicken biryani The rest of the time we really love discovering great little hidden restaurants throughout the rest of Chiang Mai and spend anywhere from 150 to 600 baht per meal ($5 to $20 USD), including a couple of beers.
My husband & myself stayed in St Marks B&B as we attended a wedding in Glasson Golf Club. As we arrived late and the roads were not great due to the snowy, frosty weather, Micheal, our host, drove us to the golf club which is actually 5 mins in a car, which left us with our car for the following morning. When we got our room it was spacious, clean with Ensuite, Breakfast was great, we had the full irish but there was plenty of options. The following morning we went for a walk to take in the beautiful area, in the snow it was so peaceful but comfortably quite. Ill be back up in the summer for a couple of nites & im looking forward to it. To Ann & Mike, cheers.
