In regards to your overcharge, the hotel was not aware of any overpayment until you brought it to our attention, for whatever reason when booking, your Genius discount was not applied to your room rate, the staff member was sincerely apologetic and was happy to refund you the overcharged amount. I apologise that the housekeeping staff did not complete your room service correctly, this was an oversite and staff have been reminded of the correct procedures to follow. The choice to not currently provide services over the weekend, is a decision based on staff availability, not COVID itself, I apologise for it not being presented in a clear and correct manner. Unfortunately, our housekeepers will not move personal items of any nature to make up beds, this is not a COVID issue, this is a policy the hotel has in place to ensure our guests personal belongings are not touched, preventing accidental loss of items, misplacement or damage. Once again, I offer our apologies and can completely understand your decision not stay with us in the future, but if you do decide to give us another chance to offer you a much more superior experience than your previous one it would be our pleasure.
