This hall is leased by the University of Manchester. All our residents have a contractual relationship with us and in leased properties some local services may be arranged differently for example building repairs, maintenance and domestic housekeeping. From September 2019 the hall will no longer be leased by the University of Manchester and if you wish to book a room for the 2019/2020 academic year you will need to contact the hall directly. Located on the leafy Victoria Park campus, near to bus routes to the University and City Centre. Flats usually consist of 4 residents, though can range from 2 to 6 in some instances. The shared kitchen/lounge area in each flat is well equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, iron and ironing board. There is a common room and a launderette within the hall as well as a photocopier and vending machines. The Residents Association organizes a large range of inter-hall sports competitions and ensures a good range of social events throughout the year.
