All the staff were very helpful and friendly, we arrived early and they took our bags and delivered them to the room for us and also gave us the key for use after 3pm to save us queuing again. Our room was spotless and there were complimentary drinks and chocolates which the children loved (we stayed in the Coca Cola room). We had our dinner at the Secret Garden restaurant after a great day at the park, the drinks came quickly and the food was great. One meal arrived later than the others but the waiter was really apologetic about the mix up and took that meal of the bill which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated.
