There's really nothing to do up there other than look around and without snow is just no fun. Hood is to see and experience the best of Oregon. There are too many activities and places to make a list. It is a beautiful (dormant) volcano with year round snow. It was a Friday morning and there was minimal cars around to ruin the experience. We randomly found a pull off a for Trillium Lake which offered one of the most beautiful sights you can see. Once you leave the National Forest area, you are in in area with vineyards and orchards. Of course, they also have ski lodges and such that you can go to in Mount Hood if you're into that.
