The rooms are motel style but recently refurbished and larger than your usual hotel room. Each wing is built around a swimming pool and it was great to have a pool available at the door of our room. The room was serviced daily and has the usual room tools, a kettle, hair dryer, TV. There is free Wi-Fi, but is slow and can drop out. There is a BBQ next to the pool and you can borrow BBQ tools from the reception. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about a 10 minute walk to Wongaling Beach. The beach also had a water taxi to Dunk Island which is 40 dollars return and takes 15 minutes each way.
